large Roma tomatoes, peeled and cut into 1” cubes
ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into 1” cubes
large avocado, peeled and cut into 1” cubes
large fresh basil leaves, torn into thin strips
tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Place tomatoes, mozzarella and avocado in a large serving bowl.
Toss with basil leaves and olive oil. Season with salt to taste. Serve.
